Although the Chateau and Coach House together can sleep 24 persons, there are many hotels within the area for the additional guests

We have had good experience with the Hotel Plantagenet in Chinon. Many of the rooms are air conditioned.

Up market there is the Chateau de Marcay about 10 miles away in the village of Marcay.

In Saumur there is Hotel Cristal which has proven very popular because of Saumur's night life.

Up market in Saumur there is Chateau de Verrieres. This house was until recently the family home of the patriach of the Gratien and Meyer family, who are major sparkling wine producers.
